Support AO Impact

AO Impact is the philanthropic arm of The American Outlaws. Our mission is to change soccer in America from the ground up, by opening more opportunities for everyone to play the game. We provide funding for infrastructure and other vital programs at the local level across the country, connecting our network of local chapters and members with projects and partner organizations in their communities.

Strength in Numbers

In our local chapter bars, in tailgates and marches and stadiums all over the world, and in our communities – AO is Here to Make Noise. The bigger our numbers, the stronger our voices and the deeper our impact. Help us make some noise with an AO Gift Membership.

Amplifying Great Stories

At AO, we’re always looking for people doing good things in the world through soccer. Part of our mission is to help amplify those stories and get the AO community involved.

The Hayworth Athletic Story

Hayworth soccer balls are designed in Austin, Texas, and workshop-made in the ancient Andean village of Mongui, Colombia, a community with a century-long tradition of ballmaking.

An estimated 75% of the 30-40 million soccer balls produced in the world each year are made by laborers earning between 1/2 and 1/3 of a living wage. Hayworth’s founder went into some of these factories, met with many of the workers, visited with them in their homes, heard their stories, and came away committed to making soccer balls a different way. Honoring the integrity of the craft and the dignity of the craftspeople, Hayworth pays workers middle class wages.
